Recognition Benefits and Requirements by Rank

MANAGER

Benefits: Receive Manager kit, recognition certificate and pin after their third month.
Requirements: Manager must be paid as a Manager for three consecutive months.

STAR

Benefits: NSP will pay for a Rising Star event for two with $150 allowance per person for air travel. The Manager receives an award at Rising Star. A recognition certificate and pin are sent after their third month.

Requirements: Manager must be paid as a Star Manager for six consecutive months, must be paid at least as a Star Manager in December and have achieved the rank of Star Manager for the first time within five years from becoming a Manager. Manager will be invited to attend Rising Star at NSP’s expense only twice.

DISTRICT

Benefits: Manager will be invited to attend a National Convention (for two)– the Business Symposium (for two), and an exclusive luncheon meeting during National Convention all at the expense of NSP. A recognition certificate and pin are sent to them after their third month.

Requirements: For free National Convention and Symposium attendance, Manager must be paid as a District Manager for six consecutive months and must be paid at least as a District Manager in the final month of normal convention qualification (Oct. 31). Travel costs are not included and are the responsibility of the Manager. Manager will be invited to attend at NSP’s expense only twice.

This new benefit is exclusively for those Managers who achieve District rank for the first time in or after August 2008 and have achieved the rank of District Manager for the first time within five years of becoming a Star Manager.

AREA

Benefits: NSP will pay for a Leaders Conference for two including travel. The Manager receives an award, a beautiful gift and is invited to attend a special activity during the Conference. Recognition certificate and pin are sent after the third consecutive month as an Area Manager.

Requirements: Manager must be paid as an Area Manager for three consecutive months. For free Leaders Conference attendance, Managers must hold at least Area rank by the qualification deadline (may vary every year). Manager will be invited to attend at NSP’s expense only twice.

REGIONAL

Benefits: Receive $250 a month car allowance and an award and recognition at National Convention. Recognition certificate and pin are sent after their third consecutive month.

Requirements: Manager must send a new car contract to Home Office to start receiving a monthly car allowance.

Car allowance begins at Regional rank and is granted as soon as a qualifying car contract is on file at Home Office.

DIVISIONAL

Benefits: NSP will pay for a Divisional trip for two people. Manager will also receive $400 a month for car allowance (with qualifying car contract). Manager will receive award and recognition during National Convention. A recognition certificate and pin are sent after their third consecutive month.

Requirements: Manager must be paid as a Divisional Manager for three consecutive months. They must be at least Divisional Manager at the time the invitation to the New Divisional Trip to Southern Utah is sent out. Manager will be invited to attend at NSP’s expense only twice.

SENIOR DIVISIONAL

Benefits: Manager receives $550 a month car allowance (with qualifying car contract). Manager receives award and recognition during National Convention. A recognition certificate and pin are sent after their third consecutive month.

Requirements: Manager must be paid as Senior Divisional Manager for three consecutive months.

NATIONAL

Benefits: Once a Manager is paid as a National Manager, he or she will immediately receive the following benefits:

• A $700 car allowance for each month during which the Manager is paid as a National Manager and meets the program requirements. Please review the section “Car Program Benefits” in the Policies and Procedure booklet for more details.

WWhen the Manager is paid as a National Manager for three consecutive months (Manager must maintain National Manager rank after the three-month period to receive all of the benefits), he or she is eligible to be recognized with the following benefits:

• Special recognition and a gift at National Convention (for first-time National Managers).
• Being NSP’s guests and honored as National Managers at National Convention.
• Being NSP’s guests and honored as National Managers at TAC trip, based on the published National Manager qualification requirement.
• VIP registration at National Convention.
• VIP-upgraded room.
• An invitation to a breakfast meeting during National Convention.
• Special dinner with first-level Managers when rank is first achieved (one-time only).
• A special one-time gift (New National Managers).

Requirements: Manager must be paid as National for three consecutive months to be formally recognized at the next National Convention.

SENIOR NATIONAL

Benefits: NSP will pay all costs for two people to attend National Convention and TAC trip. Managers receive $850 a month for car allowance (with qualifying car contract). New Senior National Managers receive a beautiful ring, an award, video and recognition during National Convention. They will receive a special dinner at the restaurant of their choice with all first-level Managers in their organization. A recognition certificate and pin are sent after their third consecutive month.

Requirements: Manager must be paid as Senior National Manager for three consecutive months to be formally recognized at the next National Convention.

GLOBAL ELITE

Benefits: VIP complimentary attendance at our exclusive Global Elite Summit (when Global Elite status is met for the 12 consecutive months preceding event registration). Global Elite Summits are held at different amazing destinations around the world. Manager receives $1,000 a month for car allowance (with qualifying car contract). A recognition certificate and pin are sent after their third consecutive month.

Requirements: Manager must be paid as a Global Elite Manager for three consecutive months to be formally recognized at the next National Convention.
